Hand wash only; do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Not recommended to clean in a washing machine.

How do I look after a Jellycat? With lots of love and attention! Unless otherwise stated on the sew-in label, we recommend a surface wash of all our toys with soap and rinsed with cool water. Then for the fur to be dried with a hair dryer with little or no heat. Some soothers and comforters are suitable for a cool machine wash- please check the sew-in label.

Not recommended for children under 12 months due to fibre shedding.

Jellycat toys are rigorously tested. All our toys are tested to the European Safety Standard (EN71 parts 1, 2 & 3), and the US Safety Standard (ASTM) for items sold within the USA. Accessories, homeware products, muslin cloths & swaddles are also all tested to the relevant international safety standards according to their product type. All of our toys are tested for any age suitability.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
