GENERAL SALE TERMS:

Exclusions include gift cards. If the discount does not apply to a product at checkout then it's not included in the sale.

• Discount code sales: the discount code must be entered at checkout for the discount apply. 
• Storewide* sales: Prices as marked. If no discount is applied then the item it is not included in the sale.
• Discount not valid with any other offer, discount or promotion, including loyalty redemption vouchers.
• Loyalty points are not earned on sale orders.
• No exchanges or change of mind returns on storewide sales.
• Discount cannot be applied to existing orders or backdated.
• We cannot amend orders once placed.
• Any sold out or out of stock items will automatically be refunded.
• Due to the volume of orders we receive, please expect delays in order processing and gift wrapping will be unavailable..
• Unfortunately we cannot prioritise orders - they will be dispatched in the order we receive them.
