Sale Terms + Conditions

GENERAL SALE TERMS:

During sale periods, please choose carefully and allow extra time for dispatch.

• Gift cards are excluded from sales unless specifically stated.
• If a discount code sale is running, the code must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply.
• For storewide sales, prices are as marked. If no discount is shown at checkout, the item is not included in the sale.
• Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount code or loyalty reward unless specifically stated.
• Loyalty points are not earned on sale orders.
• Sale discounts cannot be applied to previous orders or backdated after checkout.
• We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.
• If an item sells out or is unavailable, it will be refunded.
• Due to higher order volumes, dispatch may take longer than usual during sale periods.
• Gift wrapping may be unavailable during major sale events.
• We are unable to prioritise individual sale orders. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
• Sale, outlet and last-chance items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, unless otherwise stated.
• This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act if an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet consumer guarantees.
