Please note: pre-order terms still apply. If you have placed a pre-order with us and have paid via Afterpay your goods will be dispatched as per our pre-order terms and conditions.

Afterpay is a service independent to little whimsy, therefore your payment obligations are with Afterpay and the account you establish with them.  If you have any questions regarding your future payments please contact Afterpay directly as we are unable to assist.

If you fail to make a payment, a default fee may be charged.  Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees may be incurred for each payment that is late. These fees are charged by Afterpay.

What happens if I require a refund and paid using Afterpay? 
Items purchased with Afterpay can be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to our regular Returns Policy. Returns or refunds will be processed and Afterpay will be advised. Your payment plan will then be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. If you have already made a payment, this will be refunded to you via Afterpay.
