Please note that colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings or lighting. Many items are handmade, hand-finished or made from natural materials, so small variations may occur and products may not be identical to the images shown.
Product measurements are provided as a guide and may vary slightly unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities purchased per person, household or order. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing, taxes and duties
All prices on our website are shown in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices for products may change without notice. We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, shipping charges and product availability at any time.
For international orders, any customs charges, duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless specifically stated.
Orders and payment

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Stock availability
We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be available at the time your order is processed.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by email. We may offer a refund, replacement, alternative option or the choice to wait for restock where appropriate.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is subject to the terms set out in our Shipping Policy and any delivery information displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website, but dispatch and delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur during busy periods, sale events, new releases, Christmas, public holidays, weather events or courier delays.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If you choose no signature or have an authority to leave on your delivery address, you agree that the parcel is deemed delivered once it has been left at your premises by the courier.
Loss or damage in transit
Orders are sent using tracked delivery services where available.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate with the courier or postal provider.
For courier damage claims, please contact us promptly and keep the damaged item and all packaging, as the courier may need these for inspection.
For non-delivery claims, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch so we can raise an enquiry with the carrier. Courier investigations can take time and may be outside our direct control.
Returns, exchanges and faults
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on change-of-mind returns, exchanges, store credits, faulty items and return conditions.
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are only available where our Returns Policy allows. Items must meet the conditions stated in that policy.
Sale, outlet, samples, seconds and last-chance items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet consumer guarantees.
If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required under New Zealand consumer law.
Colour differences caused by screen settings, natural product variations, handmade variations or minor differences that are clearly described are not generally treated as faults.
Warranties and product care
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, incorrect washing, rough use, excessive use, stains or damage caused by use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Children’s products should be used as intended and supervised where appropriate. Please follow any care, safety, age suitability or usage instructions provided with the product.
Sale terms, discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers and sale events are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and our Sale Terms.
Unless otherwise stated:

Gift cards
Gift cards are issued in New Zealand dollars and may be used online at Little Whimsy.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded for change of mind and may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of purchase.
Loyalty Club and rewards
Our Loyalty Club, points, rewards, tiers and offers are subject to the terms shown on our Rewards page or within the loyalty programme.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an order is returned, refunded or cancelled, any points earned from that order may be removed.
We may update, pause, change or end loyalty offers, bonus point promotions, rewards or tier benefits from time to time.
Third-party services and payment providers
We may offer access to third-party services, tools or payment providers, including but not limited to Shopify, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, POLi, review apps, loyalty apps or shipping services.
These third-party services are provided by independent providers and may be subject to their own terms, eligibility criteria, privacy policies, fees and conditions.
We are not responsible for the actions, errors, delays, policies or decisions of third-party providers. Questions about third-party payment schedules, account details, approvals, missed payments or fees should be directed to the relevant provider.
