Blowing up manually
1) Locate the filling tab.
2) Insert a standard drinking straw between the layers of plastic until you feel the seal break.
3) Pinch the filling tab around straw so air will not come out and hold the filling tab while blowing air into straw. When the balloon is firm to the touch, it has enough air. Be careful not to blow too much air into the balloon, it will eventually pop.
4) When balloon is full, pinch the filling tab and gently pull out the straw, pressing the film together. The tab is self sealing. Attach string if desired.
Inflating with pump or helium
1) A smaller tip is best, insert between the layers of plastic.
2) Hold the filling tab around the nozzle and inflate till firm. Be careful not to overfill the balloon or it may pop.
3) When balloon is full, pinch the filling tab and remove the nozzle. The tab is self sealing. Attach string, if desired.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland. We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm. Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page. We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.
International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.
