How do I store my swim ring after using it?
Make sure after using the swim ring that you dry it before storing it. When your swim ring is still wet, and you are storing it, you have some risk of leaks during the winter period.

Can the ring pop during inflation?
Yes, this is possible, but the chances of this happening are very small. Just be careful when you inflate the ring with an electric pump, make sure you don't inflate it too hard to avoid the chance of the band blowing.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
