Silicone Training Cup + Straw may be cleaned by hand or in a dishwasher. To clean, wash with warm, soapy water and let air dry.

Adult supervision is required while product is in use. Babies and children should not be left alone with any feeding products at any time. If microwave heating, vent lid to avoid pressure buildup and check liquid temperature before drinking. Maximum temperature 350°F.



It is important to​ ​always inspect the product carefully before each use. Especially when the baby has teeth.​ ​Discard it at the first sign of damage or weakness. ​

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
