- DO NOT use in microwave.
- Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface.
- Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing will help to reduce wear & tear. Freezer friendly.
- Enamelware is shatterproof, although if dropped the outer porcelain layer can chip. If this happens, the steel below naturally oxidises - always carefully check the product if it is dropped or damaged: DO NOT use if there are chips coming away or any sharp edges.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?

If you have not received a tracking email contact us on customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz ASAP! Our team will try to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouse to update your address.
