Our premium muslin wraps are super soft and easy to care for (hello machine washable!) and even get softer the more you wash them! For the first wash that you wash them separately in cold water with a mild detergent to avoid colours running. Please avoid washing them with dark coloured items or any items that may snag the fabric (i.e. velcro, zips or hooks) - a wash bag is also recommended. Simply wash and then hang them out to dry. Use cool iron. Do not dry clean, bleach or tumble dry.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday OR Wednesday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.
