COVID-19 UPDATE

LEVEL 2 FOR LITTLE WHIMSY

  • Please allow 3 business days for dispatch.
  • We will operate from our warehouse as normal.
  • We will be practicing regular hand washing, sanitising and will regularly be disinfecting door handles, bathroom areas and computer surfaces.
  • Outgoing packages will be placed in our foyer allowing contact-less collections and deliveries for couriers.

DELIVERY UPDATES

  • Our courier company has told us that they are still working under huge workloads. These are the current delays as of 27th May:
    • Auckland/Northshore/Rotorua 1-2 days over and above regular service standards
    • Wellington and Christchurch 4-5 days over and above our usual service standards;
    • Rural delivery time-frames currently remain an additional 7 working days over and above usual service standards AND the delayed regional services.
    • International delays are very variable and depend on your country. We are noticing up to a 7 working day delay for parcels to leave NZ then there are the delays once they hit your country. Please be aware of these potentially large delays when ordering as unfortunately they are out of our control.
  • Please have patience as orders may take an extra few days to be delivered.
  • Please check your tracking link which will activate once your order is collected from our warehouse.
  • If you have not received your parcel 8 WORKING DAYS after the PICK UP SCAN please email us and we will chase it for you hello@littlewhimsy.co.nz
  • Please plan ahead and order in advance to avoid disappointment.

RETURNS

We understand that returns will be more difficult during level 2. We will be flexible with our regular returns timelines to be reasonable during these times.
