It doesn't look exactly like the pictures, what gives?
When we say "handmade" we mean it. Our artisans take great care in crafting each and every piece. Since TWEE products are not machine made there may be small irregularities - and we think that's what makes them beautiful!

We recommend TWEE for children ages three+ and always encourage adult supervision

Why is it specifically called "sidewalk chalk" and not just "chalk"?
TWEE chalk is meant to be used on surfaces with grit: sidewalks, asphalt, concrete, slate, etc. Our chalk is more dense than chalk used on chalkboards, making it stronger and less likely to break in use and in transit.

Okay, it looks like food- what are the safety specifications for this?
We at TWEE are 100% committed to offering the little ones in your life (or big ones!) products that are safe to use.

We work with reputable agencies to test our chalk and are proud to say that it complies with ASTMD-4236 standards. All paint and coloring in TWEE products are non-toxic and the glitter is biodegradable and eco-friendly!
Even our packaging is recyclable!

Are there really veggies in your paints?
YES! TWEE Veggie Paints are colored with non-toxic veggie pigments.

My fingers are orange. Now what?
Veggie Paints may stain fingers and some fabrics. But don't worry; warm soap and water will help get everything back to normal!

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
