Care Guide

Generally speaking all of our products are machine washable on a gentle cycle. They can then be line dried in the sun to bring them back to good as new. There may be some specific products not suitable for machine wash so please check the care label before washing.

Are your products safe? Above all else, this is our main priority! The simple answer is YES! But when you look a little deeper you can see that a simple “yes” was not good enough for us, as typically this was not good enough for you either. So, we sought out all the world’s top toy standards and made sure our toys met or exceeded these. There are 3 main standards, the one widely used in NZ/AU is the NZS/AS ISO 1824 standard. Not satisfied with just that we looked further afield to both Europe and North America. There we found similar but subtly different standards. These are EN-71-3 in Europe and the ASTM standard in North America. Now we have 3 similar but different standards from throughout the world that we have met or exceeded, that’s why Lily & George is a brand you can trust!

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
