The Strapies are made of 100% Silicone, water resistant (do not dip) and ideal for the most rebellious. They are practical and super easy to put on, their bracelet instantly molds to any wrist. They are available in 6 colors and are recommended from 3 years old to adulthood. The dial is removable, made of metal alloy and laser engraved. Seiko quartz PC21S movement made in Japan. They are a practical and fun accessory that can be used by the whole family.

WARRANTY

The MRS international guarantee. ERTHA grants a 24-month warranty on STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This guarantee is only valid if the guarantee certificate is dated, signed and duly completed by the brand or by a brand reseller. During a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha replaces the mechanical dial on any watch that, while in good condition, has mechanical defects or malfunctions. The Replacement Watch Warranty ends at the end of the Replacement Watch Warranty.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

 

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
