How long does it take to inflate the pool?
When you inflate the pool with your mouth, it can take several minutes. If you use an electric pump, then it takes a maximum of 1-2 minutes.

How deep is the swimming pool?
Our swimming pool in the category 60 cm has a height of 20 cm, and you can fill it with 15 cm of water. Because of this, it is safe for your baby to play in the pool.

How many liters are going in the pool?
Our swimming pool in category 60 cm has a capacity of 15 liters of water. It offers the perfect balance between water fun and safety for the little ones!

What material are swimming pool made of?
At Swim Essentials, we manufacture our pools in the cleanest way possible. That means we use the cleanest PVC possible and our PVC is completely recyclable!

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
