Q: Is Freya safe for all ages?

A: No, due to small parts, Freya is only suitable for children ages 3+. Olli Ella advises supervising young children during play to ensure safety.

Q: Can Freya’s outfit be removed and washed?

A: Absolutely! Freya’s clothing and underwear are removable for easy outfit changes. Freya’s soft cotton body is also machine washable, making it
easy to keep clean and ready for more adventures!

Q: What materials is Freya made from?

A: Freya’s body is made from soft cotton, hair from polyester, and interior stuffing is hypoallergenic polyfill. The glittery shoes are crafted from BPA & Phthalate-free PVC, ensuring safety while playing.
Care Guide

Doll: Spot clean or for machine wash: Place the doll inside a pillowcase and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild laundry detergent. Immediately after the cycle ends, brush hair with a soft doll brush or baby brush. Lay flat in the shade to dry.

Outfit: Spot clean only. Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and cold water. Do not immerse in water. No bleach.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

FREE shipping for orders over $200.00* Otherwise a $9.00 flat rate for orders $199.99 and under or $14.00 for rural delivery.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
