Dolls should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. For long term storage, put a layer of acid free tissue between the doll and the fabric of the clothes to help keep colors and dyes from bleeding. Make sure to check your stored dolls on a regular basis to make sure there are no issues with insects, dampness or crushing.

Make sure to remove all packaging from the doll before giving to a child for play. Rubber bands, plastic, tissue, wire ties as well as tags are not part of the toy and should be discarded.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.
