We take the utmost care in the design and manufacture of our products.

To do this, we test them all in an independent, approved laboratory. This way, we are sure that they comply with and meet, without exception, the quality and safety requirements for toys according to the European and French standards below:

EN71-1: certifies the control of the seams and all the "mechanical" aspects of the toy

EN71-2: certifies the control of the materials of the toy in contact with fire in order to avoid any anomalies

EN71-3: certifies the control of the materials to verify that the toy does not contain chemicals that are dangerous for the child

Our products do not contain dangerous substances such as those listed in the REACH directive, namely more than 0.1% of their mass. All our toys bear the CE logo which certifies their compliance with this regulation.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

FREE shipping for orders over $200.00* Otherwise a $9.00 flat rate for orders $199.99 and under or $14.00 for rural delivery.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday OR Wednesday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?

If you have not received a tracking email contact us on customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz ASAP! Our team will try to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouse to update your address.
