Can more than one person sit on the pool float?
No, it is not possible to go with more than one person on the pool floats. There is only space for one person on the pool floats.

From which material are the pool floats made?
At Swim Essentials, we produce our pool floats cleanly. This includes that we use the most cleaners PVC, and the PVC is recyclable.

Can a pool float lie in the sun?
Yes, the pool float can withstand the sun’s radiation. However, it is not wise to leave the pool floating in the sun for days; this can change the color and deteriorate the material. Therefore, store the pool float after use so it will last longer!

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
