What are Flippi Tents?
Designed to grow with kids and their ever-changing interests, Flippi Tents offer a unique play experience through a versatile, reconfigurable tent frame and beautifully crafted, interchangeable covers that transform play spaces into imaginative worlds.

What age group are Flippi Tents suitable for?
Children aged 3 years and older.

The Flippi Frame was designed with parents in mind, with all poles and connectors clearly marked for ease when assembling, dismantling and so you can flip it, again and again.

You will find an assembly guide included with your delivery.

For small marks we suggest spot cleaning however all covers are machine washable. We recommend air dry. Products can also be steamed to reduce wrinkles and creases.

Flippi Tents are crafted from premium materials, including pinewood, cotton and polyester canvas as well as durable polypropylene to extend the lifespan and sustainability of the product.

We source our pinewood from an FSC Certified Factory

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

FREE shipping for orders over $200.00* Otherwise a $9.00 flat rate for orders $199.99 and under or $14.00 for rural delivery.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?

If you have not received a tracking email contact us on customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz ASAP! Our team will try to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouse to update your address.
