Which size should I choose for my child?
Which size you need depends on which age and weight your child has. At Swim Essentials, the swim vest is in 3 different sizes. 1-2 years is suitable for kids between 11-15 kilograms. 2-3 years are suitable for kids between 15-18 kilograms, and 3-6 years are suitable for 18-30 kilograms.

How do I clean the swim vest?
To clean the swim vest, just rinse it by hand in water. Avoid the washing machine so that the vest keeps its shape and safety. This way, the swim vest will always stay fresh for new water adventures!

What is the function of a swim vest?
A swim vest provides floatation for children who, for example, do not like arm bands swimming because they are attached around the arms. The swim vest is made of foam and has a zipper which ensures optial safety so your child is always safe while swimming.

However, they are not classified as life jackets and do not provide the same protection. We always recommend keeping a close eye on your child for complete safety in the water.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
