Care Guide

We recommend using a damp cloth without chemicals to clean your tiles. We don’t recommend placing them in water as the magnets may rust.

Materials/Ingredients

Our tiles are made using non-toxic ABS plastic that is BPA, lead and Phthalate free. All tiles are also sealed and riveted for extra safety and our unique beveled design allows Connetix to be strong while creating beautiful clear refractions.

Safety

Although all of our tiles are ultrasonically welded and include rivets for extra safety, your safety is paramount to us and so we recommend from 3 years & up.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
