Always remove the cover from your baby’s infant capsule before placing it in a vehicle, and never leave your baby covered when unattended. While our products are lightweight and breathable, always monitor your baby to prevent overheating, especially in warm climates or during hot summer months. Keep the cover away from any heat sources. Ensure covers are well clear of babies' faces and mouths, especially when breastfeeding and covering babies in their capsules or carry cots.

Supervision Required: Always supervise your baby when using this cover in any application. Do not leave your baby unattended.

Secure Fit: Ensure the cover is properly fitted to prevent it from becoming a hazard or causing entanglement.

Breathing: When using a car seat capsule or carrycot cover, ensure there is adequate airflow to avoid any risk of suffocation. Do not use the cover if it obstructs air flow.

Temperature: Be mindful of the temperature. The cover should not be used in hot conditions as it may contribute to overheating. Always check the temperature and ensure your baby is comfortable.

Cleaning: Follow the care instructions provided. Regularly clean the cover to maintain hygiene, and ensure it is completely dry before use.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.
