WARNING! • Always use this product with adult supervision. • Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay. • Always check food temperature before feeding. • Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. • Keep components not in use out of the reach of children. • Never attach to cords, ribbons, laces or loose parts of clothing. The child can be strangled. • Straws are not suitable for a child under 6 months. • Accidents have occurred when babies have been left alone with drinking equipment due to the baby falling. • Tooth decay in young children can occur even when non-sweetened fluids are used. This can occur if the baby is allowed to use the bottle/cup for long periods through the day and particularly through the night when saliva flow is reduced.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland. We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm. Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page. We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.
