Q. Do you have additional accessories or outfits
available for Dozy Dinkums?

A. No, Dozy Dinkums each come dressed in a
non-removable onesie. But they can be carried in a Dinkum Dolls Carrier, Carry Cot, Strolley, or basket of choice.

Q. Can Dozy Dinkums be washed?

A. Absolutely! Dozy Dinkum Aurora is machine-washable,
making the doll (mostly) messy toddler-proof.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.
