A: No, due to small parts, our Cozy Bag Charms are only suitable for children aged 3 and up. Olli Ella recommends adult supervision for younger children during play.


Q: Can their outfits be removed?

A: No, Bunny Flopsy’s outfit is part of the design.
Care Guide

Charm: Spot clean, or for a gentle machine wash, remove the keychain and place the charm inside a small laundry bag.
Wash on a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent.
Lay flat in the shade to dry.
Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

FREE shipping for orders over $200.00* Otherwise a $9.00 flat rate for orders $199.99 and under or $14.00 for rural delivery.

* note some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $20.00 outside of Auckland.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.

Click + Collect
Pick up is available from our Hillcrest warehouse on the North Shore of Auckland.  We are open for pick-ups on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm.  Simply choose "pickup in store" at the checkout page.  We will email you when your order is ready to collect as well as address and pick up instructions.

International
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Due to recent U.S tariff changes, our primary shipper, NZ Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States (including Puerto Rico). Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot unfortunately ship to the USA currently.

Can I change the NZ address I have shipped my order to?
