On each day there is a space to enter three things they are grateful for.

Research shows that practising gratitude increases levels of happiness as well as having a positive impact on your health and well-being. Teaching our children from a young age to look for the good each day, is teaching them a way to be happy no matter the situation they may be in. There are always things that we can be grateful for.

Also included is a happiness scale which can be coloured in each day and is a great way for parents to flick through the pages to check their kids are doing OK. If it is low a lot maybe have a chat about why they are feeling unhappy.

There are prompts for what you can be grateful for, happiness and self-care tips as well as beautiful hand-drawn colouring-in pages by other kids. Colouring in has shown to be a great way to practice mindfulness and calm down.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
