All orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will issue a refund for that item. Items in a cart or wish list are not reserved. Sometimes our customers are faster than our servers and on rare occasions we may need to cancel orders if we find that stock is not available for you.

If for some reason you are not happy with your goodies, please contact us by emailing customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz along with your order number to arrange for a store credit or exchange. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless little whimsy reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

Return Policy:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return an item by emailing customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz
  • You must return goods to us within 10 days of us replying to your return request.
  • For courier damage claims we MUST be notified within 4 days of you receiving the goods.
  • For non-delivery issues we MUST be notified within 17 days of dispatch.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also MUST be in the original packaging.
  • Sale items are not returnable. Please choose carefully. Also not returnable are pacifiers, dummies, art prints/posters and gift cards.
  • You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost (unless the item is faulty). We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
  • Change of mind returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE.
Returning an Item:

Please email us to initiate your return at customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz

For CHANGE OF MIND returns please include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

For EXCHANGES please include your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange and to what. Please note that you will be charged for a shipping fee for the dispatch of the replacement item. Your replacement item WILL NOT BE SENT until we have received and checked your return.

For FAULTY returns please include your order number, the faulty item and a photo so we can assess the issue and guide you through the process. Note if the problem is due to courier damage we MUST be emailed within 4 days of you receiving the goods and you must keep the damaged items and packaging as the couriers may need to recollect it to process the damage claim. For claims of courier non-delivery you MUST contact us within 17 days of order dispatch.

Note: some items are handmade so slight variances in measurements, colours and designs are to be expected and these variances are not considered faults.

 

Exclusions:

  • There are no exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promocodes for change of mind.
  • Little Whimsy does not offer refunds on items that our courier service is able to show evidence as being ‘delivered’

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Missing or Late Orders:

If your order has gone missing, please email us at customerservice@littlewhimsy.co.nz with your order number so we can resolve this for you. For claims of courier non-delivery you MUST contact us within 17 days of order dispatch.

Colour Discrepancies:

We take all measures to ensure the product images are colour matched. Please use the product images on our website as a colour reference, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard exchange terms apply.
